FAHP organized a two-day session on Organisational Leadership and Project Management for implementing partners and secretariat staff. The sessions underscored the essence of good organizational leadership and proper project management for successful execution of projects.

As a way of ensuring active and proper execution of our work on FGM in communities, FAHP will be undertaking monitoring fieldtrips throughout its regions of implementation. We started our trip in Kambia where we visited the Gbonkomasesi Community and Kambia Islamic Sec Sch
FAHP engaged with line ministries and CSOs for the Review of the draft National Strategy for the reduction of FGM in S/L. By engaging with stakeholders and CSOs, FAHP aims to create a comprehensive framework that prioritises education and awareness while also respecting culture.
As a way of combating FGM in communities, GraceLand - SL and Masanta Women’s Group held community engagements with stakeholders to create awareness about FGM. It is important to leverage on partnerships with stakeholders for the promotion of ending the practice.
