This morning we joined the rest of the participants in the 4th edition of run for girl child education meant to keep the girls in school.
This campaign was spearheaded by @iuiuac.

We welcomed a team of volunteers and partners from Sight Is a Right who are in Uganda to provide #free eye care screening and treatment and prescriptions to the people of Kasese from March 19th-22nd, 2025.

Today, we began second phase of the #FWWMillionSmiles25 free dental and oral health care in Kasese.
We will be spending six days at 📍Railway Health Center lll.

And at the same time we’re transporting the phase one volunteers out to Kampala, and subsequently they’ll head home

We use the shades to protect our patients from the strong lights used in curing the composite cement, in a dental filling procedure.

As part of the #FWWMillionSmiles project, we go to schools and have an interactive session about good oral health and how to maintain dental hygiene.

Our facilitators have gone to Global Vine nursery and primary School Bwera today and talked to over 200 children.
