@tinynellys There is something called water fasting, which basically works like this:
3-4 liters of water a day for 14 days(can also be green tea)
Minimum 10k(tho my average was like 14k) steps a day
No Food whatsoever.
Medicine for calcium, magnesium, iron, Omega 3 and Vitamins C and D.
@tinynellys Actually is. Went from 185cm 86.3kg to 75.2kg but that doesn’t include water weight, which went back to 78(now im back to 76). Water weight is the key kingpin for me.
