The customer sevice rep (achraf) tells me this can’t be escalated to a supervisor. The guarantee appears worthless, as is the customer service. I always shop with JL for your service and guarantee. What a disgrace.
@JohnLewisRetail-1.5 hrs on live chat, and a separate ignored request and now a call to your customer services who tell me the 2 year warranty for my laptop doesn’t include a broken hinge. The guarantee clearly states a repair can be made in the event any functioning part fails.
@MS_HelpCare Mark, I’ve had a what’s app call from one saying they’re from marks and Spencer’s. The flowers were from a faulty batch and if I provide my back details they will give me a refund. I challenged this, he hung up. What is going on?!
@marksandspencer I returned to work today after a 7 month break with breast cancer. I was presented with some lovely flowers from my colleagues from M&S.
when I opened the wrapper, they looked like this. Disappointed 😞
@Tesco I called your Swansea marina shop to explain if left a large multi pack of crisps i’d paid for at the till (I have the receipt) only to be told they hadn’t been logged as lost property, if I wanted to prove it I was welcome to come and watch the CCTV and show the staff!
@AqualisaShowers 2 yrs ago we bought & installed your electric shower .However, just under 2 years after installation, it’s dead! Your customer services department has told me it’s bad luck... is this what all customers should expect? Shocking service, disappointing product
