Guys I’ve found a way to fix is you need to uninstall the whole game all of it then restart your console and then go click on Cold War so it starts downloading go to games and apps then to storage and there will be a thing that says my local saved games clear that, worked for me

@Activision @Treyarch One of the most disappointing launches ever. A huge download & one that doesn’t fully work. My issue, which I have seen is the same for many, many more people is the “Partially Installed” message error I continue to receive for my Multiplayer download
