Since his resumption this season, his form has gotten really worse under José Mourinho, struggling to utilise a good opportunity, his ability to open up defense and be a threat has dropped. Stats so far this season 1 goal and 3 assists in 8 appearances across all competitions for Real Madrid. He has looked totally sluggish and disconnected under José Mourinho's system, struggling to find space and putting in displays in big matches like the Madrid derby.Mourinho demands strict defensive discipline and better structure which is currently curbing Vinícius's freedom. He needs to adapt quickly and add consistency to avoid losing his status. He needs to step up his game and be more proactive with the ball to get result.

Arsenal are in a very strong position under the new financial rules.

Under the old PSR system, we were already one of the most financially disciplined big clubs in England. We recorded just £17.7m in losses in 2023/24 and £1.4m in 2024/25, around £19m combined, comfortably below the £105m threshold.

Now the new SCR rules could give us an even bigger advantage. With revenue projected at around £770m this season, Arsenal can allocate up to 85%, roughly £654m to squad costs. Our actual spending on wages, transfers and agents is estimated at around £480m–£500m.

That potentially leaves around £150m of headroom before even considering player sales and the gap becomes even clearer when compared with clubs generating less revenue. The old rules could restrict ambition, but the new model rewards clubs that build sustainable revenue and grow commercially.

Arsenal have spent years building the foundation for this. Now we're in a position to reap the benefits.
