@HMRCcustomers I sent an online request for a tax refund on a personal pension in May. Initially I was told it would be processed within 28 days. It's been 3 months and the request is still pending. Please can you give me an idea of when it will be completed?

Very disappointed with your service so far. We had a combi install about 3 weeks ago As a result we've had a very bad leak which we reported 3 days ago.

We have heard nothing back from you at all. I've now had to use my insurance to fix the issue.
