Q4: My favorite inspirational short was the one from my facilitation day of the kid who makes the Rube Goldberg machine!!! He was so cute and excited and our education system is LITERALLY one giant Rube Goldberg machine. lol #TAPUW

Yessss I forgot about recruiting more men/POC. That is so key! Diversity of students in the classroom helps them learn more, I can only imagine what a representative teaching staff would do.

- Better principal training

I'm not answering a specific Q rn but I just wanted to say that I was literally the nightmare student who didn't care, had an attitude at times, and just wanted to graduate and have some freedom and I would never want to be a teacher to someone like me in hs lol #TAPUW

A2: The most challenging part of teaching is being patient and understanding enough with students to not take their attitude, slacking off, and not caring personally. For me, at least! #TAPUW

A1: Cont. For example, I have a friend who wanted to be a teacher until he student taught and realized he didn't have the people skills/he didn't care enough about his students to keep going! #TAPUW (This sounds bad but I think you need to really love other people to do the job)

A1: Great teachers are born and made. I think certain people intrinsically have the drive that makes an amazing teacher, and the charisma. But if you have that and you're not naturally great at teaching you can definitely learn.
