#GharkaKaamSabkaKaam is a campaign initiated by Azad that focuses on shared responsibilities at home & beyond. From school workshops to community spaces & everyday moments of care work like cooking, these interactions challenge the idea that household work belongs to one gender.
To applaud their outstanding efforts 8 NGOs, Feminist Leaders (FLs), and their families came together to celebrate grassroots transformation.
Today, these #FeministLeaders are not just changing their own tomorrows—they are leading the change for their entire community.
After a year of learning and comprehensive training, emerging feminist leaders of our #FeministLeadershipProgramme, Jaipur, graduated in May. Our Jaipur Team organised a convocation for the 2025-26 batch of 15 fearless feminist leaders.
#AzadJaipur
During a panel moderated by Princika, our leaders shared how the programme had transformed not only their work in the community but also their personal lives, influencing their relationships with their families, and reshaping the way they think and view the world around them.
