30 Years in 30 Facts:
We are 30 this year, and to mark the occasion, we’re posting 30 facts every day in June.
Fact 3. Did you know… in the early days, there was just one computer shared by all staff, applications came in by fax and handwritten letters, and telephone calls.
For our 30th Anniversary, we’re posting 30 snapshots of Foundation Scotland from the last 30 years.
2. Did you know…we started with just one employee, supported by volunteers helping distribute grants, and by founding trustees from banking and investment backgrounds.
To mark our 30th Anniversary, throughout June we’ll be posting daily snapshots of Foundation Scotland over the last 30 years.
Interesting fact number 1….
1. Did you know… our youngest employee was not yet born when Foundation Scotland ‘opened for business’ in 1996.
