As we start producing highly valuable content that is specifically targeted to a certain audience, anyone outside of that audience hits the unfollow button.
So although it may seem like the audience is growing very slowly, it's actually becoming more target rich.
3. Practice saying no.
No to unsolicited advice. No to giving your opinion on a matter you don't know enough about. No to serving others when you don't have the capacity. Confidence will come with it.
2. Take up space!
You don't have to be the loudest to command a room. Simply make your presence known with good posture and a confident stance. Don't be afraid to spread your weight and take up space!
People don't start businesses because they want to get rich.
So if you're looking to earn £80k+ in the next couple of years... Get a job. If you're looking to earn big in the future, change the lives of people around you and bring your own vision to life... start a business.
Building a community means going beyond testimonials and product promotion. It's about allowing your audience to feel a part of it; to have a true insight into the brand and its development.
To build trust with it.

Building a community isn't something you practice, it's something your brand becomes.
And it goes beyond public channels. Build relationships not just with your audience and prospects, but with your team and your clients.
Otherwise it's not an authentic community...
