@AshFarms There are multiple versions of the Bible each with a unique approach of translating (word for word or thought for thought & reading level) the underlying text of ancient manuscripts (there are 5 to choose from - don't worry God wouldn't allow any of them to be in real error).

The way I interpret it - a witness of God has updated the terrorist attack on NYC, DC & Philly as starting during the Labor Day Parade in NYC this morning. They say this will be a modified Mustard Gas release. Pray to the God of Heaven for all affected & concerned!
