Due to transportation concerns as a result of the frigid temperatures forecasted, classes are cancelled on Thursday, January 31st, 2019 for Sauk Rapids-Rice Public Schools. Based on a warming forecast throughout the day, HS activities will run as scheduled after 3 p.m. Thursday.
With dangerously cold weather forecasted, it has been determined school will be cancelled for both Tuesday, January 29th and Wednesday, January 30th, 2019. This includes all programs and activities. All District buildings will be closed.
The Sauk Rapids-Rice School Board acknowledged those who donated to Pleasantview Elementary after the recent fire. This is a list of those donations to-date, & while we acknowledge that some may have been missed in this list, we are VERY appreciative of all who donated!
Due to weather, all Sauk Rapids-Rice Schools will be delayed TWO HOURS today Monday, January 28th. Buses and classes will start two hours later than usual.
