Complete 7.31 patch review from Ursi, Zac, and Proud is processing on the feed! All 5 hours of it should be up shortly in two parts (General/items in pt 1, heroes in pt 2) with truly brutal, painful amounts of math. So much math. Tiny nearly broke us.
