Hopefully his recent disciplinary proceedings which resulted in findings of misconduct will deter other judges from discrimination against disabilities and undeserved harm to litigants in person.

He bends & abuses every little Rule, his 'Judgements' are so corrupt they are utter nullities with rationale so amateurish it's flagrantly obvious. Even dismisses Recusal Applications before issued.

@cjr1968 Do not pity an abusive judge. He showed particular disdain towards litigants who were already vulnerable. He breached the judicial code of conduct by delaying at least 5 cases in parallel, some involving people with progressive degenerative diseases who were particularly harmed.

@RobinAllenKC The victim of Luba's discrimination and the associated negligence was a disabled woman. She suffered a progressive degenerative disorder. For her time was worth more than it is for anybody else. Judge Luba harmed her physically, financially and in other ways. Shame on him.
