My boys make this themselves. You can too.
Chipotle-style burrito half the price, better ingredients, same taste.
Warm tortilla, half cup rice, half cup beans, one cup rotisserie chicken, shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream. Fold i or try to. Jeremy couldn't either.
620 calories, 48g protein, 62g carbs, 14g fat.
We grill two rotisserie chickens every week. One for dinner that night, the rest goes into meals like this all week long. That's how you make fueling easy.

Summer means you’re home. No excuses learn how to cook.
Teriyaki rice bowl. Less than 10 minutes start to finish.
6oz ground beef, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder. Cook it down. Serve over white rice. Add whatever veggie you want edamame, broccoli, cheese. Done.
665 calories, 54g protein, 72g carbs, 16g fat.
Keep rice ready in the fridge all week. Then all you’re doing is cooking your protein and building your bowl. That’s it.

This is @pearsonbfouts go-to every night before bed. And no it's not for adults who don't burn a lot of calories.
Whole milk, cocoa powder, vanilla grass-fed whey protein, ice, blended. Then fold in half a slice of cake blend 5 seconds so you still get chunks.
980 calories, 44g protein, 116g carbs, 38g fat.
Your body recovers while you sleep. Give it something to work with.
Instead of hitting Portillo's, he makes this at home every evening. Same taste. Better fuel.

Make it once. Eat it cold all week.
Cowboy pasta salad one of those dishes Candice and I keep in the fridge so the boys can grab it whenever they need it. No microwave. No excuses.
Seasoned chicken thighs seared in cast iron, pasta, black beans, corn, tomatoes, jalapeño, onion, avocado, shredded cheese, cilantro. Lime honey chili dressing ties it all together.
680 calories, 48g protein, 68g carbs, 22g fat.
Add fresh avocado when you're ready to eat. Everything else keeps in the fridge all week.
Summer doesn't mean the fueling stops. Your athlete is still training. Keep feeding them right.

I talk about carbs all the time so here's a treat that's actually built around them.
Homemade honey buns. Pre-lift approved.
Self-rising flour, Greek yogurt, honey, cinnamon. Roll it out, fill it, freeze for 15 minutes, bake at 375 for 14-16 minutes. Powdered sugar glaze on top.
Two honey buns: 227 calories, 7g protein, 49g carbs, 0.5g fat.
That's a 7:1 carb-to-protein ratio exactly what you want before a lift or 3 hours before a game. No fats to slow digestion. Just clean fuel that actually tastes like a treat.
Candace only lets him make a mess in the kitchen for these. Worth it.

Every parent asks the same question before they commit how long until I actually see results?
Less than 2 weeks.
Day 1–7 athletes text Jeremy their weight every single morning. That one habit does two things: builds accountability and shows them the process is working in real time.
1.5 pounds the first week. Do that 10 more times that's 15 pounds. That's the 25 extra feet on every ball. That's the bat speed. That's the roster spot.
Most parents think it takes months. It doesn't. The athletes who go to work see it in 7 days and by week 2 it's clockwork.
The only thing you can't buy is time. A 6'2" senior at 157 lbs with one year left doesn't have runway to waste.

Skip the drive-through. This homemade McChicken is better than anything off that menu.
Ground chicken seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper. Flour, egg wash, Italian panko. Baked at 425 for 22 minutes flip at 11. Primal Kitchen mayo with a splash of pickle juice on the bun.
Athletes get regular bread: 480 calories, 28g protein, 38g carbs, 24g fat.
Parents get keto bread. Same chicken, different bun. One cook, everybody eats.
Pearson's coming home from a lift so he's adding chips and a protein yogurt on the side. That's how you build a real post-lift meal without stopping anywhere.

Honored to have outstanding players from Japan, @yuseiuzawa and @sodaitakanaga, over for dinner last night alongside @jkahn_5.
Great conversations, great baseball minds, and yes… they got to try Coach Fouts’ famous filet. 🥩🔥
One of the best parts about this game is realizing baseball speaks a universal language. Different countries, different backgrounds, same love for competition, development, and getting better every single day.
Moments like this are bigger than baseball.
Fuel your body. Build relationships. Learn from people around the world.
That’s what this journey is all about. 🌏⚾

This is why having a guest like Henry Burris matters.
We’re not just talking to a former quarterback. We’re talking to a Canadian Football Hall of Famer, 3-time Grey Cup Champion, 2-time Grey Cup MVP, former NFL and CFL coach, and someone who has spent his life developing quarterbacks at the highest level.
In this clip, Henry breaks down what is actually happening in an elite quarterback’s mind before the snap.
Most fans think quarterback play is just reaction, but the great ones are processing everything before the ball is even snapped defensive alignment, blitz tells, coverage leverage, safety depth, linebacker positioning, footwork, timing, and where the weaknesses are in the coverage.
That’s the difference between reactive quarterbacks and proactive quarterbacks.
The best quarterbacks don’t just rely on talent. They train their eyes, their footwork, and their football IQ until the game slows down.
And that’s why Henry Burris is one of the best minds in football to learn from.

Life Recently
Pearson officially graduated and is enjoying his last few weeks at home before heading to Cincinnati for the summer to play ball. Proud of the work he’s put in and excited for what’s ahead.
Beckett and the Prosper lacrosse team brought home a state championship, and Beckett was named Prosper Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Year. Watching him grow as a player and teammate has been special.
A lot of my athletes finished the school year strong — several winning state titles and continuing to develop into elite athletes. The nutrition work is paying off and it’s been awesome seeing the results firsthand.
Started a summer program focused on helping athletes put on quality size and the feedback so far has been incredible. We’re just getting started.
Also have a lot in the works behind the scenes that I’m excited to share when the time is right.
Most importantly, making time to hang out with the family and enjoy the season.
Fuel them athletes!
Roast is one of the best budget protein sources you can buy and most families aren't using it.
Crock pot brisket tacos. Set it, forget it, come home to this.
Chuck roast seasoned with garlic jalapeño rub, seared first, then into the crock pot with beef broth, onion, jalapeño peppers and juice. Six hours on high. Shred it. Build your tacos.
855 calories, 55g protein, 80g carbs, 41g fat.
Beckett gets home from lacrosse in an hour. Dinner's already done.
That's the move for busy families who still want to fuel right.

Parents, your athlete doesn’t know what they don’t know.
A huge part of helping them reach their potential is giving them the education, habits, and tools to succeed. Nutrition, recovery, sleep, mindset, preparation… these things matter more than most realize.
👉Talent helps. Knowledge and habits separate athletes long term.
👉The small things you teach them today can completely change their future in sports.

Beckett's going to see the mayor tonight since Prosper lacrosse won state.
First he eats.
Tri-tip marinated in soy sauce, cornstarch, rice vinegar, baking soda, black pepper. Seared in a cast iron, then into the wok with sushi rice, broccoli, shallots, garlic, oyster sauce, sesame oil, chili crisp.
870 calories, 55g protein, 65g carbs, 30g fat.
Four meals out of one cook. That's how you fuel a state champion.

Pearson's heading to Cincinnati this summer to train. This is what he's meal prepping when he gets there.
Loaded beef and potato melt. One cook, lunch for the whole week.
Baby gold potatoes, 90/10 ground beef, mushrooms, onion, baby Swiss cheese, garlic butter, avocado oil, Worcestershire. Sauce is Greek yogurt, Primal Kitchen mayo, Dijon mustard. Potatoes at 400 for 45 minutes, beef on top, 500 degrees for 5 minutes to melt the cheese. Cut into eight squares.
852 calories, 84g protein, 74g carbs, 21g fat per serving.
This is what serious athletes eat when nobody's watching. No shortcuts. No fast food. Just real fuel built for the week ahead.

Last year he hit 7-8 balls to the warning track.
Same kid. Same swing. Same work ethic.
We built him a custom meal plan around his lift schedule, his practice timing, and a calorie surplus with the right macros. He gained 25 pounds 170 to 195.
This year he hit 7 home runs.
Every 15 pounds of lean mass adds around 5 mph of bat speed. That's 25-30 feet of extra distance on every ball he hits.
That's not a coincidence. That's fueling with purpose.
That athlete is my son Pearson. And he's proof that a custom plan built around YOUR body and YOUR schedule changes everything.
I'm opening 30 spots this summer for a 12-week custom program.
Comment GRIND and I'll reach out to you personally.
