Today I rode 3 miles but even more importantly I learned how to take a bike on the light rail public transit system, so I actually traveled 10 miles. I am an urban biker so getting over the mental block that it would be too hard is PRICELESS. 🚴♀️🚴♀️🚴♀️🚴♀️
