@Zona_Buckeye Honestly, the biggest thing I notice is that leadership starts at the top. You can continue to do your job but when you stop giving that extra little effort you do become complacent. Now, yes these individuals make bank and they are playing a game. It was a business decision.

@ESPNCleveland If Jim wanted to stay, he would have swallowed his pride and decided to work. He made his decision, the Browns had to move on and get someone to replace him. If you sit too long waiting for an answer, the solution is long gone. I appreciate what he did for us, just a business.

@sandra_dxxx @akafaceUS All that paint on the ground was either because it was shot or paint fell out of our pod packs, or heck, a bad fill as well. We practice loading paint in the hoppers but sometimes you get shot at and pushed in so mistakes happen. Love to hear your experience on the sport.

@sandra_dxxx @akafaceUS I would prefer not to drop the paint and I bet they would prefer to have the extra pods, but yes, they can get over it quickly because it happened. I play regional tournaments and in the moment, I prefer have them but because we as a team pool paint, we get over it.

@sandra_dxxx @akafaceUS It just happens that way. I have a strapless pod pack and paint falls out all the time like that. In the moment while you are being shot at and just trying to reload, trying to inform your teammates where the other players are at, telling them what lane to cover. Mistakes happen
