Foxborough resident, Dan Boti, visited the station today to meet and thank FF Nagobads and FF Couroupacis for their lifesaving actions on March 11th. Mr. Boti was very appreciative to everyone on Group 4 and he said "they are the reason I am here today."
This morning, we received a call at the station from a company soliciting donations for none other than us, Foxborough Fire. Foxborough Fire is not soliciting the community for donations. We are very thankful to the scammers for alerting us to this fraudulent fundraising attempt!
Foxborough Fire was called to a home with smoke in the basement. The cause was a wall mounted electric space heater. The fire coincides with the new "Product Recalls" page on our website. We were able to determine the space heater was recalled. https://t.co/6xYTCmidM3
