Now it is in an illegal state to drive and despite multiple calls over the past week, it is still no closer to being fixed and still no courtesy car.

@HastingsDirect I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service from Hastings as a customer with a Premier policy. I have been without a legal car to drive for over six weeks. Last week, I received my car with unexplained damage to the windscreen wipers.
