@virginmedia Brand new full fibre customer. Installation delayed by 6 weeks and line/router was put into the wrong building... can't email to contact..only web form, that I filled out and had no response from..crap start to our relationship...🙃

@EvoltNetwork Stansted Airport. ALL chargers r unable 2 accept any form of card payments, whether Debit/credit or RFID. 

Many of the chargers were also completely out of order & those that were working... infuriating app that wouldn't work.

Shocking service...pun intended. 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam We spoke to Sky mobile customer services as we are roaming in the USA.

Phone hasn't worked since we landed.

After resetting network settings (didn't work), we were told escalations tech team would need to call us, but that it would be a 72 hour delay. How?! Why?!
