@pamsnowden439 @theGrit_music Student Nurses pay for themselves. The pathetic bursary is tokenistic. When I trained in 1994 I received A £4300 bursary. In 2023 that bursary is a little over 5k! Student Nurses also work for free. I believe we should encourage nurses to work in NHS. fekkin pay us properly

Maybe I misunderstood this post but I will say I work with excellent doctors, nurses and HCAs and I believe that we should be publicly supporting each other. If we have conflict professionally then bring it up appropriately. Let’s not slam other disciplines on social media

@gemmarawlinson This makes me so cross. It’s absolutely disgusting that highly skilled Nurses are stuck in low bands because they don’t want to go into management. Meanwhile other AHPs are being promoted as clinicians to B6 and 7 because they are considered skilled in their profession.
