Jesus didn’t just tell us that there’s life after death. He came in the flesh to demonstrate it. He was beaten, crucified, and buried, but He rose again with a glorified body. Death couldn’t hold Him!

He said, “I am the resurrection, and the life” (John 11:25).

And because He lives, we too shall live. His resurrection gives us hope of a life beyond this world, a life where there will be no more pain, sorrow, or death.

God didn’t leave us with mere words about the afterlife. In Jesus, we have the historical claim of a man who died and rose again. His resurrection is the foundation of my hope.

He said, “How do you know these things happened? You only read about them!”

I said, “Jesus is a historical figure, and even writers outside Christianity mentioned Him. His existence and crucifixion are well supported historically, while His resurrection is the central claim Christians defend through the historical evidence for the empty tomb, the disciples’ experiences, and the early Christian testimony.”

So, why should I dismiss the evidence and accept your claim that we simply stop existing?.”

MORAL OF THE STORY: You cannot confidently declare that heaven and hell are fictional while admitting you have never been to the other side to investigate.
