New response, but the least expecting one..

They consider that my ban, which happened on October 13th of 2026, is deemed to be over 30 days. The Time that I'm writing this, It's only been 12..

Unfortunately, when I replied to this email they ignored me. So I'm lost.

Lost thousands of dollars in limiteds, an income, 10 years of memories and many many friends over something they should easily fix.

But nope, they attach me to an account named "ch", which I have no idea on who it is. The appeal system is a real struggle, and I hope they can resolve this soon. :/

🚨 its been days since Roblox permanently terminated my account, JoaoDoxPaoGamer, on October 13 2026, for allegedly being associated with another account (AR****) that I do not own

Years of memories, dedication, and time spent on this platform were taken away from me because of an account association i strongly believe is incorrect, i never imagined that after all these years, i would lose my account over something I didnt do!!

I ve contacted roblox support multiple times explained my situation, and provided evidence only to receive repetitive, seemingly AI generated responses that fail to address my actual problem, my termination doesnt even appear under Recent Violations, leaving me unable to use the appeals system Roblox requires, Roblox Appeals claims to have reviewed my case, yet their response feels like another automated rejection with no real explanation or evidence.

Its heartbreaking to spend years being part of a community, only to feel completely ignored when you need help the most

I just want my case to be genuinely investigated and my account to receive a fair review, because every potentially wrongful ban deserves attention

🚨 @Roblox @RobloxCreators There appears to be a huge false moderation wave affecting innocent creators. Please investigate your moderation system.

Over the past couple of days, a growing number of Roblox creators have reportedly been permanently terminated under the Terrorism & Violent Extremism policy over keywords such as “dollhouse,” “comgirl/comboy,” “DHRP,” and other tags that many creators believed were harmless catalog keywords.

This isn’t the only moderation issue affecting creators right now. Personally, my uploading account (@ s2oulsuploader) has received 8 false “Duplicate Content/Spam” strikes on hair recolors, as well as 2 “Terrorism & Violent Extremism” strikes, despite never intending to upload or promote anything harmful. This has caused the account to be terminated, with all of my appeals being denied by ai in MINUTES.

If these keywords were considered prohibited, they should have been tagged when creators uploaded their items, not left in use for months or even years before suddenly resulting in permanent account terminations. Many creators such as myself simply copied tags from existing catalog items or used terminology that had been common throughout the avatar community, with no indication they could lead to this.

Some of the affected items had reportedly been up for years before any action was taken. I also personally know verified creators who have been permanently terminated and had their verified groups locked.

I’ll be posting a thread below with affected creators to show this is not an isolated case.

We fully support Roblox taking action against genuinely harmful content. We’re simply asking for fair moderation, proper human review, and reversals of false strikes.

NEVER USE PUBLIC WI-FI (SCHOOLS, HOTELS, ETC.) TO PLAY ROBLOX. The risk of being caught up in a sensitive, & flawed AI-driven ban system isn’t worth it.

Enforcement actions appear to be increasing, yet Roblox is not addressing the issue. Nearly half of the comments on their posts consists of users seeking fair appeals and answers after being wrongfully slapped with an enforcement ban. I am one of them.

This is a growing problem that Roblox cannot afford to keep ignoring. If innocent players continue to lose access to their accounts without sufficient evidence, transparency, or a fair appeals process, it will inevitably damage the company’s reputation and the trust of its player base.

Until Roblox takes meaningful action, I encourage everyone who believes they’ve been wrongfully banned to keep appealing, keep speaking out, and keep demanding accountability. Don’t let your concerns go unheard. Don’t give up.
