The annual SMSV Bible & Sports Summer Camp is one of the most magnificent summer events. Parents of the camp children organized a special dinner to thank and appreciate our young servants for their dedicated ministry, making the summer camp a memorable experience for everyone.

In an age of diversity & pluralism, can we still love others even though we might not see eye to eye? There is no greater love than when it does not make sense & contradicts every human logic … when the person receiving it is undeserving. Wasn’t this what I received from Christ?

On this Solar Eclipse Day, it was inspiring to see everyone lifting their eyes up to the heavens to witness a glimpse of God’s glory. Lord, give us those trained eyes to see You in all your creation.

The appearance or manifestation of God, Theophany, is a glorious mystery that enriches our souls. The unknown Triune God became known. The infinite God appeared at the Jordan River & now we are known to Him. By His grace, we have become God's children of whom He is well pleased.

St. Irenaeus wrote, "Jesus Christ became Son of Man for this purpose: that humans might become the children of God." Heaven came to earth, humans were once again united with God, & our exalted nature was restored. Let us rejoice in His incarnation, for God appeared in the flesh.

As she approached me in the communion line, the little child smiled at me and handed me this paper. It reminded me of the privileges and responsibilities l have as a spiritual father to model the qualities of the heavenly Father. "for of such is the kingdom of heaven.”

Giving God all the glory for the end of an academic journey. Earning a PhD in Divinity from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, Department of Practical Theology, represents a major milestone in my educational career. I am thankful to everyone who supported and prayed for me.
