Who am I?
What’s my purpose?
Two questions that I struggled with for a majority of my life
I realized I was attacking this all wrong, and rephrased the questions:
In a HTF bull trend every new high that’s purged will entice “macro“ sellers and irritate micro buyers
In a HTF bear trend every new low that’s purged will entice “macro“ buyers and irritate micro sellers

When the stars align; and your plan is going well.. you see the candle on the left appear as a reaction from a key level.
You can have a reasonable anticipation of:
1- A classic sell candle (expansion) instantly.
2- A bit of consolidation; and then a classic sell candle.
Just one well-thought idea can cover for many silly mistakes.
The amount of money you’ll make is just a byproduct of how much you’re able to control and understand yourself.
Watching candles won't change price.
Watching a game when you have a bet won't change the result, it only feeds dopamine and keeps you hooked.
Execute and log off.
Discipline is stepping away.
Sometimes your setup will form every single day of the week.
Sometimes it will only show up 3 days out of the week.
Sometimes out of the week, there will only be one clean day.
And sometimes… you won’t see a single trade setup for the entire week.
This is trading.
Little to no time is spent on the actual execution of the trade.
Majority of my efforts are dedicated on what should make me want to be a buyer, a seller or, many times, just someone who stays on the sidelines.
That’s the job of a trader.
Trading has similarities to a game of chess. The best traders are thinking several moves ahead of the market. They already know what they need to see happen before they look for potential entries. They're not reactive to every pip move or constantly changing their bias

Short term price fluctuations are designed purely to feast on the liquidity of the reckless gamblers of which there is no shortage in the markets.
If you focus on the big picture of where price is likely to go, short term pumps and dumps are nothing but noise.
So, once you have developed your strategy and sufficient time has passed, your confidence in being able to navigate different market environments should grow.
At this stage it is is about working on effective execution.
