@VerizonSupport Summary (in my words): Check with the external company that in theory it issued the refund, it is not more @Verizon @VerizonSupport problem, washing hands - I hired service with Verizon, and always the response is to reach external contacts.

Super bad experience with @Verizon @VerizonSupport. I couldn’t get my phone with eSIM. After cancelling service, I never got my $230 back. They claimed they already did; it’s a nightmare trying to get this money back since last June. I really do not recommend this company.
