It is now November and we were CHARGED for the item. In speaking with customer service I'm told that the associate did not mark the return correctly. Instead of the wrong item being sent it was recorded as part of the item not being received.

I'm having an issue with my John Avon order from the previous spooky drop secret lair. I keep getting emails saying that you guys couldn't process my order. I've updated my payment method and even debited the order. Apparently you guys are still getting an error.
@Groupon I purchased tickets for Legoland NY. Upon looking at my reservation I noticed I had the wrong date. I've reached out to your customer service team and they are unwilling to help me. Unfortunately I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I did an in-store pick up at your store at 798 Pelham Pkwy. My wife discovered a live bug in her food. When I advised her to call the store, she was told she would have to come into the store for a refund and was promptly hung up on.

@madebygoogle Thanks again for helping me get the phone shipped. However I ran into yet another issue. The updated on the 19th that I would receive my phone on the 21st. After waiting for the assigned delivery window, the phone was not delivered.
Funny how I am charged for preferred care and for the phone and THE PHONE IS STILL NOT HERE. The date is now for the 25th of October. How is it that I preorder a Phone and It takes two weeks for me to receive it? I should not have to jump this many hoops for a goddamn phone.
@jwManglecock@madebygoogle They didn't really explain what happened. After I tweeted Google on my issue, someone from the social department reached out to me and let me know they were fixing the issue. Two days later and my phone finally shipped.
