@Kneon Most people are not aware of Price's law, 50% or more of the work is done by the square root of the total of workers.

So, in a group of 10, 3 do 50% of the work
In a group of 100, then 10 do 50% of the work
In a group of 10,000, the top 100 are vital.

@Kneon These moments reminds me when Carl Icahn fired 12 floors of employees just to find that nothing bad happened, no one even noticed xD

Anyways, let's enjoy the fireworks!

[Frame Freak Studio @FrameFreak2D]

@Kneon Having started in a third world country, with hellishly outdated systems (many analysis put my country in the 60's for tech integration) and lots of corruption, violence and poverty, war times for us is the usual.

For us it's always been do or die.

Creative Industry: // Us:

[Frame Freak Studio @FrameFreak2D]

@Kneon Recommended books for those who had it good and don't know how to deal with "war times".

[Frame Freak Studio @FrameFreak2D]

@Kneon People who have the skills to sell themselves, market themselves, SEO and basic business skills will make so much money in the next years.

While any artist who refuses to learn these skills will have a brutal experience.

[Frame Freak Studio @FrameFreak2D]

@Kneon Hell Yes!

Add a paid membership for exclusive content on your site :)

[Frame Freak Studio @FrameFreak2D]

@Kneon The best plan is to depend 100% on your own site, set your own funding / donations / shop / membership page.

Do NOT depend 100% on Patreon, Kickstarter or Paypal.

Does it take a bit of extra effort? yes, but it's not that hard.

[Frame Freak Studio @FrameFreak2D]

@Kneon And we don't have any debt xD

[Frame Freak Studio @FrameFreak2D]

@Kneon To me it's crazy to think that our tiny studio was probably more profitable and self sustaining than Cartoon Network.

Back in the day I felt that many practices from the industry didn't made sense to me, now I know my gut was right

[Frame Freak Studio @FrameFreak2D]

[Frame Freak Studio @FrameFreak2D]

@HarrisHeller No prob :)

These skills are REALLY useful, if you learn them only to become "good enough" at them, your productivity will skyrocket like you have no idea while working even less time at learning new stuff.

[Frame Freak Studio @FrameFreak2D]

Hi @HarrisHeller

In this thread I'll list the resources to try to learn Japanese faster.

For Kanjis First Watch these videos:

This will be a thread xD

[Frame Freak Studio @FrameFreak2D]

I hope you find these useful, let me know if you have any questions about these methods or the animation process.

We've been doing animation for a long time and interviewing great animators of the industry so I can give you a hand in that area too :)

[Frame Freak Studio @FrameFreak2D]

Some of them are the memory palace, the Mnemonic Major System and the PAO/Dominic System

You can use these games to understand them better:
