What started as a website redesign became the foundation for how @Planhat builds, collaborates, and scales with Framer. Learn how their creative team stays fast, aligned, and in control as the business grows.
@ninopiamonte Will relay to the team but we should make sure its always showing the right context, we are aware of 1 or 2 edge cases and looking into them. That said, if you have nothing selected there are no styles to show, so what would you want to see?

@RabiiMhamdi@YUICHIRO_Ya@oyeabhijit@jornvandijk Only when what you undid was the first action you took to switch to the style panel in the first place. CMD+Z is a simple "go back 1 step" action so it goes back to the state you were in before.
@oyeabhijit@jornvandijk Noted, it would actually only show this. (the page template if you had that set, or the base typography).
So the issues mostly seems to be that the chat can be too cluttered and not that it auto switches?
You can manually switch the tabs at the top right, but if you have nothing selected there’s are literally no properties to show, so we thought we might as well show you the agents chat. What would you like to see instead?
I have seen this feedback more though so will relay it to the right team.
The external Agent can feel slower and less consistent than the in-app Agent today. They have the same canvas capabilities, but currently use a different mix of tools and APIs. We’re working to consolidate that so they behave much more closely. In the meantime, Low thinking should help with speed. In our testing thinking level didn’t make the agent in Framer better, just slower. If you’re seeing dropped connections, please send me the details so we can investigate.
