@23cmcpadres Tor looks to be clone stamped, using the area above as the source. Guessing Rog caught this frame with the structure, and later caught the tornado lower while driving (based on another post of his) and wanted to combine the best of both worlds in post. I'm sure he could clarify.

@ztresearch @NWSRapidCity 10:00 to 10:15pm were when the tower strikes I witnessed occurred. Could have been it! About 30min prior to that, there was a lot of activity that could have been coming off the towers closer to Catron.
