It is with great sadness that we have learnt of the untimely death of Dr Shahid Perwez. Shahid held the first CDS Postdoctoral fellowship (2012-14) and has remained a valued member of CDS. Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Shahid's family and colleagues at M-Cril.
