We spend a lot of time supplying charging demand in mature markets. But the reason @TeslaCharging started, its "raison d'être", is the freedom to roam anywhere in an electric car.
That's why opening up new markets is special and meaningful to work on. A lot of work ahead, but excited to start scaling Superchargers here. LATAM needs awesome infrastructure for its transition.

99.98%+ of roadtrips are already possible in the US in a Tesla. Tesla drivers know this through their vehicle touchscreen, but too many people have no clue.
The first state-owned highway signs showing Tesla Superchargers are now going live. We plan on rolling this out more broadly.

This adds thousands of fast chargers to California's EV charging network, bringing us to more than 105,000 public EV chargers – including 10,000 fast chargers – and counting.
