@Martyupnorth I believe Keith Wilson said treaties were signed with the England. Treaties survived after Canada became country. Treaties survived after Alberta became a province. Is it reasonable to expect the current treaties will be extinguished when Alberta becomes a country?

@RodAVanier There were actually 2 court rulings. The Federal Court found the conditions weren’t met to justify the invocation & Feral Court of Appeal upheld that decision .

@Bellrules Is there federal laws preventing Quebec from building exporting hydro power, or preventing Ontario from exporting cars or car parts, Maritimes from exporting seafood? There are laws & policies against Alberta oil

@ikwilson I’ve looked at the reporting exceptions of the Citizen Led Initiative Act & they include Governments of Alberta & Canada, MPs, MLAs & political parties is it possible Lukaszik is falling into one of these groups or is the Chief Electoral Officer ignoring the law?
