@HMRCcustomers I think your agent dedicated line is broken or permanently closed. I have tried calling 7 times in the last week at different times of the day and can’t even get put on hold. It is a joke.

@HMRCcustomers Can’t do the online form as agents can’t use that service. Phone just hangs up, chat won’t deal with query and already sent a tax return last year saying all SA income has ceased.
