@AmazonHelp I submitted the details of my purchase and request of a refund and got an automated email saying I was out of the return window. I am still waiting for the pickup that an Amazon employee "scheduled". I started my whole request way before the retrun window had closed

@amazon bought a pair of ON sneakers. Received a pair of Hoka sneakers, different color, different size. Requested a refund but got sent a DHL pickup code that didn't work. Called customer service and they "scheduled" another DHL pickup. Nobody ever came for the pickup.
