· He then dissed Enrique Riquelme, referring to the supposed Erling Haaland signing and Jurgen Klopp's appointment, with them being lies, saying, "These gentlemen don’t care about anything."

· He said this afterwards: "I bring the best players in the world to Real Madrid. What I promise, I deliver."
