However for ward locum self the bottom line should be drawn at 1k/hr, which still even falls under the complaint of HCW being underpaid.

@WelearnACA24578 See this guy, you are comparing Locum pay relatively to the breakdown of your salaries in hours, omo nah go wetin u dey use gaslight yoursel. EXD requires a premium/higher rate in relation to what the facility is paying.

Seyi Makinde has spoken the hard truth. As a governor, you're called the Chief Security Officer, yet the same federal government that gave you the title is holding the police remote control. Oyo is bleeding, but your hands are tied.
This constitution protects bandits more than citizens. Enough is enough. We need state police now, or things will only get worse. Nigerians are no longer begging, we're demanding real restructuring. The blame game must end.

I experienced something that baffled me. I was with an ICU pt in the dialysis room, when I heard a code blue alarm for a patient in the radiology dept, I headed there, and found my ICU folks and ED (Drs. & Nrs.) then other nurses from the peripheral units but what shocked me was
