@Eloncommentary1 Life is the journey of becomingโlearning, feeling, loving, failing, growing, and finding meaning in moments that slowly shape who you are.
My answer!
Here are five common pointers to watch out for:
1. Frequent urination (polyuria); peeing more often than before, especially at night.
2. Excessive thirst (polydipsia); always feeling the need to drink fluids, and this often comes with dry mouth.
3. Extreme fatigue; feeling very tired all the time.
4. Losing weight without trying to lose weight; this is known as unexplained weight loss.
5. Extreme hunger; which leads to excessive eating (polyphagia).
Note that other conditions can cause these symptoms, too. So, if you notice any of these symptoms, especially the first and the second, you should contact a doctor immediately for a blood glucose test.
The blood glucose test will help confirm or rule out diabetes.
