@EM_RESUS So I’m not great at reading x-rays, but I see the patient has a c-collar, I see trauma to the left lung. A bulge that looks like an aortic aneurysm, a lot less clean black in the left lung compared to the the right lung. Possible Pneumothorax or Hemo.
