@MugenyiHenry_ We appreciate the intention regulate quality of graduates. If there be exams, they should be done in medical school not after. The policy needs revision around this.
@MugenyiHenry_ Honorable minister extend the same. Grace. You are taking your time to make consultations. Let interns also wait for carbinet resolution.
From your communication, the decision making involves other stakeholders.
What if they suggest otherwise?

A mentor's role in your life is invaluable, offering brief yet transformative guidance. Unlike coaches, mentors aren't there for every step of the journey.
My mentor, Richard Maponya, would have a small conversation with me once a month, lasting 30 minutes or, if I was lucky, an hour. These sessions were packed with wisdom and insights, profoundly shaping my path.
Mentors provide targeted advice and perspective that can pivot your thinking and actions in meaningful ways. It's these occasional yet powerful conversations that make a lasting impact, guiding you toward success.
Humbled to have been awarded the Paul Harris Fellowship Award for Service & Leadership by Rotary International at the most recent DISCON.
This is a full-circle moment for me. Rotary International completely transformed my life when I won the Rotary-ABSA Public Speaking National Competition in 2002. The organisation sent me to Australia & where I honed my craft, made life-long friends & built a life for myself that was beyond my wildest dreams. Two years later, I turned professional as a speaker and have had the unbelievable honour of addressing audiences in 59 countries (at last count).

Playing for your calling, not just for your position, means focusing on the greater purpose and mission that drives you, rather than the temporary role you hold.
Your position is likely to change over time; you may start as a clerk today, but that doesn't define your future. What truly matters is how you approach your work and the values you uphold. Words and actions in any position can impact your future when you step up.
By playing for your calling, you ensure that your efforts and decisions align with your long-term vision and integrity, laying a solid foundation for future success and growth.
When God places you at a table with great people, don't talk—listen. It's in these moments of silence and observation that you can learn the most. Often, God's work is done quietly, without you even realizing it. This serves as a reminder to always act with integrity, even when you think no one is watching. The deeds done in darkness can follow you into the light. By being attentive and careful, you align yourself with a greater purpose and ensure that your actions reflect your true character, both seen and unseen.
If you are in love and intent to get married and have children, WATCH THIS!!
Many people blame witchcraft after failing to have children multiple times yet this is the reason👇🏾
