The instruction regarding the “underlying crimes” are the erroneous ones and that the jury didn’t have to unanimous on those. Trump was prevented from calling the FEC expert to tell jury that FEC rules weren’t violated.

@kim_weil @SykesCharlie Multiple errors in the jury instructions; much of Stormy Daniels’ testimony was violated the NY equivalent of Rule 403 FRE; failure to permit the defense to call the former FEC committee member; and all of that before we get to the Court’s personal conflicts and biased rulings
