@MTW2478 Easy to make things up and post them. Come on. Eg in AB the healthcare budget is $35B and yet the Fed healthcare transfers are only $6.6B. In fact AB total expenses are $84B and total Fed transfers are only $14B. Big gap. True through that all govt have a spending problem.
