Rabid anti-civil rights communist and Governor of Massachusetts, Maura Healey, stated she was going to send agents of the State to EVERY HOME where a baby has recently been born to "make an assessment" on GBH News this weekend.

That was a line to far, even for the sheeple in Massachusetts, and she has now "clarified" that it will be "voluntary."

Regardless, it shows how these statists think. They just keep moving the Overton Window, little by little, until they achieve the tyranny they want.

That is, unless they're stopped.

There is an Army saying you hear dozens of times when you make full colonel: "Congratulations, that's the last promotion you will ever make based solely on merit."

The idea behind that saying is that when it comes time to compete for a 1-star promotion, you need a sponsor, and having a sponsor who sits on the promotion board matters, greatly.

LAWSUIT: Eight officers raided his home before dawn.

His offense? He filmed an officer speeding, criticized him when he got to a drive-thru, and embarrassed the department.

In a free country, criticizing police shouldn’t end in handcuffs.

In 2022, Joshua Gibbons filmed a Kingsport, Tennessee police SUV speeding without lights or sirens, violating state law.

He caught up with the officer at a drive-thru and had salty words about his disregard for the law.

That exchange lasted all of one minute. The consequences for Joshua lasted four years.

After someone complained about a different video — an officer flipping Gibbons off — police scoured Gibbons’ YouTube channel for ammunition.

Before dawn the next morning, while Gibbons was still in bed, eight armed officers raided his mother’s home to arrest him — for speeding using a cellphone while driving, and disorderly conduct.

A judge dismissed the speeding and cellphone charges but convicted him of disorderly conduct, saying he was “offended by the way” Gibbons was “talking to that officer.” Gibbons appealed. At a second trial, a jury again found him guilty.

In June, the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals unanimously reversed that conviction and dismissed the charge.

The court found “no evidence” that Gibbons’ criticism prevented anyone from doing anything lawful.

The court recognized — as many courts had held — that even “profane and insulting” words alone aren’t a crime, especially when directed at police officers, who are trained to exercise restraint.

With FIRE’s help, Gibbons is suing to vindicate his First Amendment rights.

The First Amendment protects your right to film and criticize police. Kingsport PD needs to hear that message loud and clear.

In 2023 Karine Jean-Pierre revoked African journalist Simon Ateba’s press pass because she considered his questions “disruptive.”

After suing he was told he could stand in the back of the briefing room, and was never called on despite being the only African journalist.

None of these legacy propaganda outlets put out a statement in support of his first amendment rights or boycotted Biden in solidarity.

Mark Levin’s stepson, David Milstein, who serves as an advisor to the U.S. ambassador to Israel, is soliciting cash gifts from Israeli citizens. On its face, this is just blatantly corrupt considering his official position, and invites a litany of counterintelligence threats.

It also gives us a glimpse into how the pro-Israel echo chamber operates—

Levin’s stepson and his boss, US ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee, are given Israeli talking points by Israeli officials. For example: “Iran is about to develop a nuclear weapon & we must attack now! Should only take 3-4 weeks for the regime to collapse…”

Huckabee & Milstein then deliver these Israeli talking points via official US gov channels.

Milstein also sends the talking points to his stepdad, Israel-first Fox News host Mark Levin, currently a favorite of President Trump’s.

President Trump is briefed on the Israeli taking points from the State Department via the official channels, then tunes into Levin on Fox and hears the same talking points(!).

Now, Milstein is offering people a chance to buy his attention with a nice cash “gift,” and then maybe he’ll help them get their talking points to his stepdad & in front of President Trump.

Until we make accepting money from any entity or person loyal to any nation other than the United States legitimately and unbearably toxic for our leaders, this problem will persist and our policies will continue to be influenced by the interests of those who continue to put America last. This cannot stand.
