@IKEANederland Dank voor je reactie. Terug naar Amsterdam is voor mij een uur rijden. Ik heb het opgehaald omdat dat economischer was dan laten bezorgen, maar verwacht dan wel dat degene die de bestelling verzameld checkt of ie alles heeft. Ik heb hier wel moeite mee!

@IKEANederland een chat agent verteld mij net dat als er producten ontbreken bij een online bestellingen die ik heb opgehaald bij een filiaal dat ik dan terug moet naar het filiaal om dat te regelen. Dat kan toch niet waar zijn in deze tijd?
