Even supposedly free per some articles on the web like all point, money pass, pulse, show surcharges on the @CashApp app. Is this false advertising? Fraud?

@CashApp There is absolutely no information anywhere that shows where the in-network ATM machines are. There is nothing that indicates what the actual network(s) are. Your customer service people do not have the answer to what network is free.

Additionally, the customer service people as well as the help page will point you to the card tab in the app and then look up ATM. All that shows is ATMs that are in the area. None of the 50 I looked at were free, every one of them had a $2.50 surcharge listed.

Customer Agents are trained to push information on direct deposit or the fact that your first out of network ATM use is reimbursable. I have spent the last hour trying to find an in-network ATM machine & unable to any, and very frustrated by the Customer Service @CashApp
