Change the logistics model
When the orders are stable, I transport some products to the local warehouse of the target market in advance.
After testing, local delivery can be delivered to customers in as fast as 3 days.
Some customers have reported that they received the products as if they had just placed the order.

In order to maintain the complete functions of the products, the products were sold in combination before. But in fact, this may not be necessary.
So I sold them separately, so that the price of the main product can be lower, and the supplementary products can be sold as additional functions.

I saw the news today that the tariffs have been lowered. This is really a joke

We are the ones affected by this war without gunpowder.

Forget it, the supplier told me that they will reduce the logistics and freight rates soon, which is good news for me. At least I have survived and waited for this moment.

I have let it go and am quietly waiting for the final result.

But this incident made me see the true face of suppliers.
A good supplier will help me solve problems instead of creating anxiety for me.

Learned something new: Change product images regularly

After a product has been sold for a while, it will enter a decline phase, especially for seasonal products. When a new set of images is created for it, it will become like a new product.

Has anyone used a warehouse in the US?

I learned that a way to save costs is to pack the package and send it to the US warehouse in advance, and then ship it locally.
The timeliness and price are very good, but I haven't used it, and I'm not sure how much risk there is.

After testing a new store for a week, an ad stood out.

It was still very tortuous at the beginning. The analysis data on Shopify was wrong. I had received the first order, but there was no data showing any add-to-cart or payment information.

I contacted Shopify's customer service and they thought it was a problem with the cookie banner, but all my stores have the same settings in this regard, so I don't think it's a problem here, and then there was no result.

I tried to contact a developer, but I don't know how he made the adjustment, and now the data is starting to become normal. Shopify is unreliable, so you still have to rely on yourself.
