I’m officially switching from @claudeai to @grok super heavy. Not only has Claude been in a downward spiral since the relaunch of Fable 5, but now they are 100% scamming usage.

My usage limited reset at 11am today. I didn’t get to my computer until after 12. All usage limits at 0%. I send 2 messages to code using Fable 5 Ultra and the first task It completely blew. I asked It to redo the task and It fixed It but literally LIED to me and said It wasn’t broken, which is a new level of insanity.

The two tasked that took less than 15 minutes in total, used 43% of my 5 hour limit, 10% of my Fable limit and 7% of my weekly all models limit. Absolute insanity.

What a total scam @AnthropicAI I honestly hope everyone leaves for these much better models and lower cost AI’s. Epic Failure.

Today the SEC notified the court that it “...does not intend to file an amended complaint...” and their deadline to do so has expired. The Court previously dismissed the SEC’s entire case. Richard Heart, PulseChain, PulseX, and HEX have defeated the SEC completely and have achieved regulatory clarity that nearly no other coins have. They're now safer to work with in ways that almost no other coins are. The SEC walked away from some other cryptocurrency cases voluntarily, but this is the only case where the SEC lost and crypto won across the board, with a dismissal in court of every single claim the SEC brought.

This is a victory for open-source software, cryptocurrency, and free speech. The SEC actually sued software code itself in this case, claiming it could be an alter ego of a person. This would have set a terrible precedent and caused perhaps multiple billions of dollars of damage to the vital open source and free software industry that powers most of the Internet and your speech on it.

Over 250 Unvaccinated NYC Workers Send Letter to Trump, Vance and Kennedy

Workers draw attention to their #1 obstacle to returning to work - Mayor Eric Adams

On November 20, 2024, more than 250 unvaccinated workers who were fired or displaced from their jobs for declining the COVID shot sent a letter to President-Elect .@realDonaldTrump ,@JDVance and @RobertKennedyJr. The workers made it clear in their letter they represent many thousands more just like them.

Few are aware that no fired unvaxxed NYC workers have gotten their jobs back.

The letter (linked below in comment) draws attention to the plight they have been fighting for more than 3 years in the courts, in the streets, and in City Hall trying to get back to doing what they do best - working for the City of New York.

Firefighters, cops, teachers, sanitation workers, medical professionals and more have asked the incoming presidential administration for help getting back to their employment. The letter brings attention to the fact that Mayor Eric Adams is the number one obstacle preventing unvaccinated workers from being brought back to their jobs and getting compensated, and it was written by Diane Pagen and Aura Moody.

Aura is well known for being the woman kicked out of Citi Field during a Mets game this summer for wearing a MAGA hat.

As a collective, the workers who signed this letter are called NY WORKERS FOR CHOICE
