Once again @BankofAmerica has completely dropped the ball. 3 weeks into the contract they “can’t find an appraiser “ in Chattanooga even though we provided them a list of local pros. We will NEVER accept a contract w/ BOA as the lender. 14 years, 3 closings & those were a SS too
