You can achieve a cute effect for link icons by using grayscale.

Change an icon to grayscale and turn it off on hover.

@tanoaksam Me too! I just completely rebuilt my businesses website with it and added a customer log-in area. This way they can have control of the mobile app I'm building for them.

Well the back-end of my new company site is all done. User log-in, password reset and first time user, DONE! User app data control, DONE!

Now to work on the non-logged in area and get it out there! Then working on my client's mobile app.

Feeling accomplished!
